Only approved dealers with a valid business license are eligible to purchase products from Nivo Industries Inc. All dealers must complete the account application and be approved prior to accessing wholesale pricing or placing orders.
B. Orders
Orders must meet any applicable minimum order value (if any). All orders are subject to product availability. Orders can be placed via email, online portal, or other approved ordering methods.
C. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Only approved dealers will be able to view pricing.
D. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified at the time of account approval (e.g., Net 30, prepaid, etc.). Late payments may result in account suspension or additional fees.
F. Shipping
Shipping costs and timelines will be provided at the time of order. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment from our warehouse. Dealers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
G. Returns and Damages
Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returned products must be unopened, in original packaging, and approved for return by our team.
H. Product Use and Resale
Products are intended for use and resale by licensed dental professionals. Dealers agree not to resell products to unauthorized third parties or through unauthorized online marketplaces.
I. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts at any time for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of dealer privileges.
J. Intellectual Property
All product names, branding, images, and content remain the property of Nivo Industries Inc and may not be used without written permission.
K. Modification of Terms
Nivo Industries Inc reserves the right to modify these Dealer Terms at any time. Continued use of your dealer account constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
